Sisra Analytics: KS3/4 - How do I fix incomplete analysis for a qualification in my Trends Report? (Admin)

Overview

This article explains how to fix incomplete analysis for a qualification within the KS4 Trend Report, for example, if specific years are missing. The problem is generally caused because the qualification did not exist in a previous year, or the qualification names are inconsistent between cohorts.

Analytics uses the qualification names to display trends across years. If the name varies between cohorts (for example, English Lang one year and English Language another), update it on the Matching page and republish to populate the trends analysis.

Prerequisites

You must be an administrator.

Instructions

If the qualification existed in a previous year, but the Qualification names are inconsistent:

  1. Select DATA
  2. Select Key Stage 3/4.
  3. Select cohort.
  4. Select Grades.
  5. Select Matching.
  6. Select Edit.
  7. Edit the Qualification to match the version used in other cohorts. Qualification names are case sensitive; for example, Sisra Analytics will treat ART and Art differently.
  8. Select Save Changes.
  9. Select Publish next to the data set you want to publish.
  10. Select Publish.
  11. Select Go To Reports after the data has been published.

Outcome

The incomplete data will show in your KS3/4 Trend Report if it is available and wasn't missing from previous years.
