Overview
This article explains why the Qualification / Headlines Trends Report is not appearing, or a specific year's data is not being included.
If you can't see the option to View Qualification or Headline Trends Report on the REPORTS homepage under KS3/4, you need to republish both KS2/EAP and the Exams dataset for each cohort you would like to include.
Trends are available for the last 5 cohorts.
Prerequisites
You must be an administrator.
Instructions
Follow these instructions to fix the problem:
- Select DATA.
- Select Key Stage 3/4.
- Select cohort.
- Select KS2 / EAP.
- Select Publish KS2 / EAP.
- Select Publish next to the data set you want to publish.
- Select Publish.
- Select OK after the data has been published.
- Select Grades.
- Select Publish Grades.
- Select Publish next to the data set you want to publish.
- Select Publish.
- Select Go To Reports after the data has been published.
Outcome
You will now see the option to View Qualification & Headlines Trends Report:
