Overview
This article explains how to fix missing EAP baseline warnings when you try to publish your EAPs. The message appears because EAP baselines have been deleted for the cohort, and one or more EAPs must be resolved:

- You must be an administrator.
Instructions
Follow the steps in the appropriate tab for your Key Stage to fix your EAP baselines:
- Follow these steps to fix your KS3/4 baselines:
- Extract your missing EAP baselines information (in either broadsheet or list format) from your MIS. Save this in a Microsoft Excel-compatible format, for example, .csv, .xlsx, .xls or .xml.
- After you have downloaded your KS3/4 target grades from your MIS, upload them into Sisra Analytics:
- Select DATA.
- Select KS3/4.
- Select the Cohort.
- Select KS2 / EAP.
- Select Uploads.
- Select Upload Grade Files from the KS2 / Baseline Uploads window:
- Select an upload type (Broadsheet or Grade List). If you’re only looking to update a handful of subjects for the cohort, we still recommend uploading a file including all baseline subjects.
- Enter the row that contains the qualification titles.
- Select Choose file, locate your file and upload it.
- Enter a File Title.
- Select Upload. For further information, see Sisra Analytics: KS3/4 - Preparing and uploading EAP Baselines (Admin).
- During the upload, as your file contains one or more qualifications that don’t currently exist in Baseline Management, the Confirm Upload Qualification Names opens:
- Select New to create these as new, separate baseline subjects:
- Select Complete the upload.
- Select New to create these as new, separate baseline subjects:
- Next, set up the missing baselines to resolve the EAP issues:
- Select DATA.
- Select KS3/4.
- Select the Cohort.
- Select KS2 / EAP.
- Select Baselines (opens the Baseline Management window).
- Select Edit.
- Complete the Grade Type and Grade Method columns for the baseline subjects.
- Select Save.

After your baselines have been set up, select EAP. Any EAPs requiring resolution will be highlighted in red in the KS2 Baseline column.
If your new baselines are using the same grade type and grade method:
- Select the EAP name.
- Select Edit EAP.
- Select the appropriate subject in KS2/Baseline
- Select Save.
If your baselines use a different grade type or grade method, and the appropriate option isn’t currently available to select, recreate your EAP. See Sisra Analytics: KS3/4 - Creating EAPs (Admin).
- Publish your EAPs:
- Select KS2 / EAP.
- Select Publish KS2 / EAP.
- Follow these steps to fix your KS5 baselines:
- Extract your missing EAP baselines information (in either broadsheet or list format) from your MIS. Save this in a Microsoft Excel-compatible format, for example, .csv, .xlsx, .xls or .xml.
- After you have downloaded your KS5 target grades from your MIS, upload them into Sisra Analytics:
- Select DATA.
- Select KS5.
- Select the Cohort.
- Select KS4 / EAP.
- Select EAP / Baselines.
- Select Uploads.
- Select Upload Grade Files:
- Select an upload type (Broadsheet or Grade List). If you’re only looking to update a handful of subjects for the cohort, we still recommend uploading a file including all baseline subjects.
- Enter the row that contains the qualification titles.
- Select Choose file, locate your file and upload it.
- Enter a File Title.

- Select Edit.
- Complete the Grade Type and Grade Method columns for the baseline subjects.
- Select Save.

Outcome
The missing data is now present and will publish successfully without flagging any EAP baseline warnings.
