Sisra Analytics: How do I export key characteristics from reports?

Overview

This article explains how to export key characteristics from a report in KS3/4 or KS5.

Instructions

Follow these steps to export key characteristics:

  1. Navigate to a  KS3/4 or KS5 report.

  2. Select the Key icon in KS3/4 or Key Characteristics in KS5:

  3. Scroll down the Key Characteristics window.
  4. Select Export:

     

Outcome

Your Key Characteristics will be exported as a CSV file to your device's Downloads folder. This can be opened in a spreadsheet, for example, Microsoft Excel. Its contents will look similar to that shown in the example below, containing the counts and percentages of each filter value based on the report and applied filters:
