Overview
This article explains how to export data from a report in KS3/4 or KS5.
Instructions
Follow these steps to export data from your report in KS3/4 or KS/5:

Select the appropriate download button. In KS3/4, this is an Excel spreadsheet icon. In KS/5, it is an Export button:
Outcome
Your data will be exported as a CSV file to your device's Downloads folder. This can be opened in a spreadsheet, for example, Microsoft Excel. Its contents will look similar to that shown in the example below, containing publishing information, options selected and the data from the report:
