Overview
This article explains how to add qualification grades to Sisra Analytics that you initially left out of your main grade file, or you need to add at a later date for a few students, without needing to re-upload all of your grades together. Subsequent grade uploads do not overwrite any previous uploads. Instead Sisra Analytics compiles files uploaded into a data set or assessment collection, into one report. If duplicate grades exist, Sisra Analytics uses first-entry discounting rules to determine which should be used in your Headline measures.
Prerequisites
You must be an administrator.
Instructions
- Select DATA.
- Select Key Stage.
- Select Cohort.
- Select Grades.
- Select Uploads.
- Select Assessments or Data Set.
- Select Upload Grade File:
- Upload the file containing the grades missed from your initial upload (see Sisra Analytics: How do I upload Standalone Grades? (Admin) for further guidance.
- After uploading the file containing the missing grades, you can see it along with the original file in the data set or assessment collection:
- Select Grades.
- Select Publish Grades to publish as one report.
If you choose to re-upload the entire grade file, including missed grades, delete the initial upload by selecting the red X icon in Actions. If you only upload the missing grades, no deletion is necessary.
Outcome
The grades uploaded from both files are published as one report.
