Overview
This article explains how to view / download any certificates you have been awarded for completing courses from the My certificates page.
Prerequisites
- You must be logged into the Juniper Training Centre.
- You must have completed a course for a certificate to be available for viewing / download.
- You must have selected and completed the evaluation for your course (a certificate will not be available for courses where this has not been done). See for Juniper Training Centre: How do I make sure my course is marked as completed? further information.
Instructions
Select either the My courses or My certificates tab:
- Select your profile icon at the top right of the page to view the profile menu:
- Select Profile.
- From the Profile window, select My certificates:
A list comprising all certificates you have been awarded for completed courses is displayed:
- Select
next to the certificate that you want to view / download to open a PDF version of your certificate:
Outcome
A PDF version of your certificate opens in your browser / PDF viewer. From here you can download a copy of the certificate:
