Overview
This article explains how to mark activities within your course as completed. After all activities and sections are completed, the course is also marked as completed. This is essential when trying to view / download / print your end of course completion certificate.
You can only access your course completion certificate when all activities and sections (including the course evaluation form) are completed.
Instructions
As you progress through your course:
- Ensure all activities and marked / checked as completed.
- Ensure all sections are completed. If they are not showing as completed, review the activities within the section, complete them and mark them as completed.
- Ensure that you complete your end of course evaluation form after all other sections of the course have been completed.
The way that the course has been configured determines what you have to check / mark as completed and the visual indicators you see as you progress through the course. The following are some examples of controls / progress indicators:

Outcome
After everything is marked / checked as completed (including the evaluation form), the course progress indicator changes from a percentage to All Complete. At this point, you can view / download your certificate.
