Overview
This article explains how to register someone else for an online webinar.
Before registering someone, let them know that they will receive a booking confirmation email. If they don't receive the email, they should let you know.
Prerequisites
- You must be logged into the Juniper Training Centre.
- You must have the first name, surname and email address of the person you want to register for the webinar.
Instructions
- Select My courses from any page in the Juniper Training Centre:
All enrolled courses are shown: - Select the course tile for the webinar you want to register someone else on:
- The course page loads, listing the different dates and times that the webinars will run. Each event has a link to Book a place on the webinar:
- Select Book a place for the relevant webinar.
- From the new browser window that opens, read the details of the webinar and select Register:
- When prompted, enter the details of the person who you want to register for the webinar (their first name, surname, school email address and organisation name) and check to agree with Microsoft's Terms and Conditions:
- Select Register.
Outcome
The registration you've made for someone else is confirmed on screen:
The person you registered will receive an email with the course joining link.
If the email doesn't arrive in the recipient's inbox within a few minutes, ask them to check that it has not been added to their junk folder.
The recipient does not need to accept the calendar invite. If they do this, the email will be removed from their inbox and added to your calendar. We recommend they keep a copy of the email in their inbox instead.
