MIS: How do I log in?

Overview

This article explains how to log in to Juniper Education's MIS.

Prerequisites

To log on to the Juniper Education MIS, you need:

  1. Your Juniper account details (usually your work email address and your password).
  2. Access to your registered email address (for your Two Factor Authentication code).

Instructions

Follow the instructions below to log on to the Juniper Education MIS:

  1. Open https://mis.junipereducation.org in your browser to open the Login page.
  2. From the Login page:
    1. Enter the Email address for your account.
    2. Enter your Password. Select the eye icon () to view the password.
    3. Select Login.

  3. If you don't need to verify, Portal will open (see Step 5). If verification is required, you will be sent an email containing a Verification Code, and the Two-Factor Authentication (Required) page opens. Open the email that you have received from Juniper Education and make a note of the code.

    If you cannot see the email, check your Spam / Junk folder. If it is not in those folders, select Resend Code.

  4. From Login with 2FA:
    1. Enter the Validation code from your email.
    2. Select Login.

  5. You are taken into the Portal home page. Select MIS from Your Juniper Products:
