Juniper Websites: How do I create a menu link to a page in my website?

Overview

This article explains how to create a link within your Juniper Website's menu to a page in my website.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the area of the website where you would like to create the internal menu link.
  2. Select the Create tab.
  3. Select the Link icon to open the Link window:
  4. Enter a title for your link in the Link Text field.  This is the text which will appear in your menu.
  5. Select Internal Link.
  6. The Internal Link window will appear, which contains a sitemap view of your website. Select the small triangle icon to the left of each page to locate the page you would like to link to:

  7. Select the page. You will return to the Link window.
  8. Select where you would like the link to open in Open Link In:
    • New Window - Opens the link in a new tab on your browser.
    • Embedded within the current page - Embeds the link in the current page. This will not function if the link is added to the top-level menu.
    • Open in the current window -  Opens the link in your current tab, moving the user away from the website containing the link. 
  9. Select Create to close the Link window, and create the link.

Outcome

The link to a page in your website is created in your menu.
