Juniper Websites: How do I remove a menu link from a page?

Overview

This article explains how to delete a Menu Link from a page on your website.

Depending on the template that has been used to set up your website, there are two possible ways of doing this:

Delete directly from the menu link.
Delete through the Sitemap.

When attempting to delete the menu link, try the direct route first. If this isn't enabled on your website, delete the menu link through your Sitemap.

Prerequisites

You must be an administrator to delete menu links.

Instructions

1. Open the page where you want to delete the menu link.
2. Locate and select the link on the page:
3. From the URL Link window, select Delete:
4. When prompted, select Delete to confirm that you want to delete the link:
  
  A deleting your URL message is displayed while the link is deleted:
1. Select the Home tab.
2. Select Sitemap View to open the sitemap:
3. Locate the menu link that you want to delete. Menu links are indicated in the Sitemap with a link icon:
4. Select the link:
5. Select Start Edit:
6. Right-click the link, then select Delete:
7. The selected link will be deleted:
8. Select End Edit.
9. Close the Sitemap.
