Overview

This article explains how to send a user a password reset email if you log into Juniper Websites using the legacy way, rather than the new Portal, integrated way.

If you are accessing Juniper Websites through Portal (JoinUp), the user should reset their own password. See Juniper Websites: How do I reset my password? for further information.

Prerequisites

You must be an Administrator to send a user a reset password email.

Instructions

To send a new password reset email to a user:

1. Select User Manager from the Home tab:
   
2. Search for the user within the User Manager search box or by role:
   
3. Locate and select the user's name from the list:
   
4. In the right panel scroll down and select Send password reset:
   

Outcome

The user will receive a password reset email.
