You cannot change the shape of the staff profile images on staff layout-based pages. How your website has been set up determines the shape of images displayed on your Custom Staff Page. As standard, these are generally square, however, in some Juniper Websites, these are rectangular, or in the case of custom sites, they may be circular (or another shape).
