Overview
This article explains how to crop an image you have uploaded to your website.
Certain folders in the file manager may allow cropping, for example, slideshow folders, folders holding images for custom Data elements like staff photos, or photos for pages with grid layouts which allow an image to be assigned.
The shape of the crop is predetermined based on what you are cropping and how your website was originally set up, for example, many websites use square shapes to show staff profile images. The crop shape is set to a square when cropping images in the Staff-Profiles folder.
When you crop an image in Juniper Websites the change is permanent. Any changes you make cannot be reverted. Have a backup of your image on your device before cropping.
