Comms Hub: Who will be the sender of my text messages (SMS) and emails?

When you send a message through Comms Hub:

  • The sender of any SMS message will be displayed as a Juniper Education telephone number.
  • The sender of any email message will be displayed as Juniper Education, with the email address noreply@junipereducation.org.

In the future, we plan to provide the option to customise the sender details so that they can reflect your school's details.
