Comms Hub
Overview
This article explains how you can view a list of the app messages, emails and text messages (SMS) you've sent to your contacts (including parents, pupils and staff) in the Sent Items window. You can see the message's title, the number of recipients, how it was sent, its category and when it was sent.
Instructions
From within Comms Hub:
- Select Communications.
- Select Sent Items.
Outcome
The Sent Items window opens, from which you can view a list of sent messages:
Select one or more Filters to narrow your search by message Category, message Type, the Academic Year that the message was sent, a specific date range (using the Start Date and End Date filters) or who the message was Sent By.
