Overview
This article explains how to open the EYFS Formative assessments page and enter your assessments.
Instructions
To enter EYFS Formative assessment data in Sonar Tracker:
- Select Assessments.
- Select EYFS Formative from the Teacher Assessments list:
- When prompted, select the Year Group and/or Class for which you wish to enter test results:
- Select Load Assessment.
- The Choose Strands page opens:
- Select one or more subject strands (check each item you want to view). After selecting the strand(s), Choose Objectives changes to Load Objectives:
- Select Load Objectives.
- Select one or more subject strands (check each item you want to view). After selecting the strand(s), Choose Objectives changes to Load Objectives:
- The EYFS Formative assessment page is displayed in Curriculum View, ready for you to enter your data:
- Select the Objective:
- Select the coloured square next to the pupil whose assessment data you are entering, then choose the colour for their assessment:
Outcome
The pupil's assessment will be saved.
