Overview

This article explains how to rename an assessment collection. The name of an assessment collection is used as the report name when published. They can be renamed at any time and are unique to each cohort.

Prerequisites

• You must be an administrator.

Instructions

To rename an assessment collection:

1. Select DATA.
2. Select Key Stage.
3. Select Cohort.
4. Select Grades.
5. Select Uploads.
6. Select Assessments (this might show differently, if you have previously renamed your Assessments area in CONFIG).
7. Select Edit Collection:
   
8. Edit the collection details:
   
   
   1. Edit the Name.
   2. Optionally, change the Grade Type (for MAT reporting), the Date and Term assigned to the collection, and the Description. 
9. Select Save.
10. Republish any assessment collections that you have renamed:
    1. Select Grades.
    2. Select Publish Grades.

Outcome

Your changes are made, and the names of the reports will be updated with the new name you entered.
