Overview
This article explains how you can copy an EAP in either the same cohort or from one cohort to another. Copying EAPs can save lots of time when creating similar types of EAPs for different qualifications of the same grade type.
You can only copy EAPs if the same baseline type is being used in both cohorts.
Prerequisites
You must be an administrator.
You must already have an EAP with the same baseline type being used in both cohorts.
Instructions
Follow the instructions in the appropriate tab below:

Follow these steps to copy an EAP in KS3/4:
- Select KS2 / EAP.
- Select EAP.
- Select Create EAP:
- Check Copy Existing EAP.
- Select the Cohort to copy from.
- Select the EAP to copy.
- Review the EAP Preview:
- Select Confirm. The baseline type is populated automatically based on the EAP you select to be copied.
- Enter an EAP Name and Optional Description, then select an EAP Baseline for up to 10 EAPs:
- Select Create to copy the selected EAP with the expected grades entered and to create your new EAPs.

Follow these steps to copy an EAP in KS5:
- Select KS4 / EAP.
- Select EAP / Baselines.
- Select EAP.
- Select Create EAP:
- Check Copy Existing EAP.
- Select the Cohort to copy from.
- Select the EAP to copy.
- Review the EAP Preview:
- Select Confirm. The baseline type is populated automatically based on the EAP you select to be copied.
- Enter an EAP Name and Optional Description, then select an EAP Baseline for up to 10 EAPs:
- Select Create to copy the selected EAP with the expected grades entered and to create your new EAPs.
Outcome
The selected EAP and its expected grades are copied to create the new EAP(s) with the names and baselines you entered.
