Overview

This article explains how to filter your reports using Focus Groups (created by Sisra Administrators at your school) in the KS5 reports.

Prerequisites

• Administrators must set up Focus Groups.

Instructions

To analyse Focus Groups in your KS3/4 reports:

1. Open your report.
2. Select Add Filter:
   
3. Select Focus Groups, check the Focus Groups you want to include, then select Apply:
   

Applying multiple Focus Groups will include students in any of the selected Focus Groups, rather than being included in all Focus Groups.

Outcome

The Filters tab updates to reflect the selections made and your report updates, applying the Focus Groups and Filters applied.
