The Headlines Summary report loads with report data for the Whole Cohort. These are split into several Performance Categories: Cohort, L3 Overall, A Level, Academic, and Applied General. Other Headlines will also be shown here under separate headings.
Select the items below to investigate the contents of each area of the report:
-
This table shows the number of students on roll that are included in the headline calculations.
-
The L3 Overall category, while not officially reported on, lets you view figures such as Average Points per Entry and Pupil, Average Grade, Total Entries and Value Added based on all eligible qualifications.
-
The A Level category would show the same values as L3 overall, except the figures are based only on A Level qualifications.
-
The Best 3 A Levels category lets you view figures related to the 3 A Levels measure, including students included in the measure, Total Points, Average Points, and Average Grade.
-
The AAB section shows students included in this measure, and the number and percentage of students with 2 and 3 facilitating qualifications.
The facilitating qualifications are: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Geography, History, English Literature, and Classical/Modern Languages.
-
These three categories are similar to those categories mentioned earlier, allowing you to analyse data such as Average Points per Entry and Pupil, Average Grade, and Value Added for each of the three categories
The Academic category includes A Levels and other Academic qualifications, for example, Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).
-
If your students take L2 Technical Certificate qualifications, you can view Average Points per Entry, Average Grade, Total Entries, and Average Points per Pupil for those students in this section.
-
The English Progress and Maths Progress sections show those students included in the Level 2 Progress measures and their scores.
