Overview
This article explains how to analyse a Faculty's KS5 performance by grouping the report view by Faculties (only available on some reports) or by filtering a report by the Faculty you wish to analyse.
Instructions
Group Report Data By Faculties
When viewing the Value Added or Grade Analysis reports:
- Select Faculties for GROUP REPORT DATA:
This produces a report that lets you analyse all of your faculties together. The report comprises a row for each faculty, with the figures for each, allowing for easy comparisons across faculties.
Filter reports by Faculty
To filter a report by a specific faculty:
- Select Add Filter:
- From the Qual/Grade tab, select a Faculty:
- Select Apply.
This filters your report, showing only figures for the selected faculty.
Outcome
Depending on the method used above, your KS5 performance will be displayed for all of your faculties (each on a separate row in the report) or filtered for a specific faculty.
