In order for classes to appear in the Class Activities area, they will need to be set to the current academic year and 'timetabled'.
If you are finding that you have missing classes or no classes at all Class Activities area in the Additional Data tab, a new timetable will need to be created and classes assigned to it.
To do this, head to Admin > School Options > Timetable Set Up
Select Set Up Mode:
Choose 'New Timetable' from the drop down which will launch the following pop up:
Add something along the lines of 'v2' to the Timetable title to differentiate for the old timetable and click the 'Make this the live timetable' and then select 'Save'
Next, 'lessons' (class registers) need to be added. To do this, again enter Setup mode but this time, select 'Auto-Create Lessons':
The system will display how many groups lessons have been created for (this should reflect the number of classes in your school).
Head back to the Additional Data tab in the Census and classes should appear in Class Activities.
