Schools, academies and independent schools that have received the School-Led Tutoring (SLT) grant are required to complete a Year-End Statement before the 16^th September 2022. This statement must detail the total amount of money that has been spent on SLT (for mainstream pupils and for pupils in special schools, alternative provision, or an SEN unit),  the number of hours of SLT that have been delivered (for mainstream pupils and for pupils in special schools, alternative provision, or an SEN unit) and the number of pupils who have received SLT tuition.

To create a report in Pupil Asset / Horizons that shows the relevant FAM / SLT details, go to Pupils > Pupil List and use the Filter Block to select the whole school. Then, from the Choose Columns drop down menu, select *Show all options*

From here you can choose to add Learner FAMcode and Learner FAMhours to the list, as well as additional columns to highlight any SEN pupils.

You can then download the list of pupils in Excel or a similar format from the Navigation bar toward the top of the page, to help you calculate the number of hours of SLT that have been delivered, as well as the number of pupils that have received SLT tuition during the 2021/22 academic year.
