In order to produce a report showing Leavers over a given period at the school you can use the Office – Reports – Joiners and Leavers function.
NB: This is dummy data.
This report however does not show “Destination” information, in order to retrieve this from the system, you can run a report showing Leavers via Pupil Lists.
Go to Pupils List then Select the appropriate Group – Set the Archive to the appropriate Year – then Select Left Between – then go to Choose Columns – Select Leaver Information and End Date. Please note if the Destination is not shown this is likely the result of not being populated in the Pupil Profile.
Together with the Joiners and Leavers report you will be able to see Date Left, Reason, and Destination.
