When you save, if your content has been cut and pasted from an alternative source, this can lead to an error message. This is caused by formatting that is incompatible with the MapMaker tool. 

To ensure that content is formatted in a compatible way:

• Paste your content into the text box.
• Highlight all pasted content in the text box.
• Select the Remove Formatting button:
  
• Select Save.
