Overview
This article explains the three different ways to open Intelligence after you have signed in to the Juniper Education Portal / other JoinUp platform products.
Prerequisites
To open Intelligence:
- You need to be logged into your Juniper Education account (see Portal: How do I log into Portal?).
- Your Account Owner or Account Admin must have activated intelligence (see Activating Intelligence) and set you up as a user (see Managing who can see Intelligence in your school).
Selecting the product in Portal
Within Portal:
- Select Home, if you are not already on the Portal home page.
- Locate the Your Juniper products pane (towards the top of the page).

Select Intelligence:
From the Intelligence widget
Within Portal:
- Select Home, if you are not already on the Portal home page.
- Locate the Intelligence widget.

Select Visit Intelligence:
Through the product switcher
From any JoinUp app (with the product switcher):
- Select the quadrant icon next to your user profile:
- From Juniper Products, select Intelligence:
Outcome
You are taken to the Intelligence home page. This will look similar to the example below (depending on how your system has been configured and what you have been granted access to):
