Comms Hub: How can I see app usage?

Overview

This article explains how to view the App Usage widget on the Comms Hub home page, to see parental engagement with the Juniper Education App at a glance.

Instructions

Follow these instructions to view app usage:

  1. Open Comms Hub if it is not already open (see Comms Hub: How do I log on to Comms Hub? for further guidance).
  2. Select Home if you are not on the home page / dashboard.

  3. Locate the App Usage widget:

Outcome

You can see, at a glance, the number and percentage of parent contacts who are Active, Inactive or have Not accessed the Juniper Education App. 

Roll over each segment of the chart to view the number and percentage of parent contacts in that status category:

Understanding status categories

Each parent contact is placed into one of three categories, based on their engagement with the app for their child:

Status Description
Active The contact has opened the Juniper Education App within the last seven days.
Inactive The contact registered but has not opened the Juniper Education App for more than seven days.
Not accessed The contact was invited but never registered, or registered but has never opened the Juniper Education App.
