Overview
This article explains how to log on to your Juniper Websites CMS through the Juniper JoinUp Portal. When you log in to Juniper Websites using JoinUp, you use the app switcher within the Omnibar to access, and switch to Portal and any other products integrated through the JoinUp platform that you are subscribed to.
Prerequisites
- You will need an active Juniper Websites / CMS login and an active Portal login. The email addresses used to access these must match.
Instructions
Follow these steps to open Juniper Websites in JoinUp:
- In your web browser, enter the URL for your website followed by /admin, for example, www.yourwebsiteurl.co.uk/admin.

When prompted, select Login with JoinUp:
- When prompted, from the Login page enter your JoinUp credentials:
- Enter the Email address for your account.
- Enter your Password. Select the eye icon (
) to view the password.
- Select Login.

If you don't need to verify, Portal will open (see Step 6). If verification is required, you will be sent an email containing a Verification Code, and the Two-Factor Authentication (Required) page opens. Open the email that you have received from Juniper Education and make a note of the code.
If you cannot see the email, check your Spam / Junk folder. If it is not in those folders, select Resend Code.
- From Login with 2FA:
- Enter the Validation code from your email.
- Select Login.

You are taken into the Portal home page. Select Websites from Your Juniper Products:

Juniper Websites will load:
When you log in through JoinUp for the first time, configure your Two Factor Authentication when prompted. See Portal: How do I enable Two Factor Authentication (2FA)? for further information.
