Overview

This article covers everything you need when using our Events product.

Events lets you plan, manage, and deliver school events end-to-end, from setup through to parent engagement, bookings, payments, and reporting. You can create and manage:

  1. Clubs - for example, sports and enrichment activities. 
  2. Trips - single or multi-day, with consent and forms to capture data.
  3. Parents' evenings - including complex scheduling and SEN provision.

All events are delivered through a single, connected experience that links your school's administrators, teachers, and parents in one streamlined workflow. This removes manual processes and fragmented systems, making it easier to run events efficiently and improve parent engagement.
