MIS: How do I record the details of an exclusion meeting?

This article explains how to update an exclusion record for a pupil with any details relating to an exclusion meeting.

Instructions

Follow these steps to record the outcomes of an exclusion meeting:

  1. Select Manage.
  2. Select Exclusions.
  3. Locate the exclusion that you want to update with meeting details using the filters and search options as needed:

  4. Select the Exclusion Reason 1 on the row of the exclusion to be updated:

  5. From the Exclusion, select Edit:

  6. Scroll down the record and update the Exclusion Meeting Date and Exclusion Meeting Notes as needed:

  7. Scroll back to the top of the page and select Save.

Outcome

Any changes will be made to the exclusion record.
