Overview

Prerequisites
- You must be an administrator.
Instructions
Follow these steps to create a default Focus Group:
- Select DATA.
- Select KS3/4.
- Select the Cohort.
- Select Students.
- Select Focus Groups.
-
Select Default Group, to open the Default Group page:
Where an existing Default Group is configured, the group will be displayed. Select Edit to change the group, or Delete to remove it.
-
Where a Default Group is yet to be defined, select Add Default Group:
-
When prompted:
- Select the Focus Group you want to set as the default group.
- Select the colour that you want students within the group to be highlighted in when viewing reports.
- Select Save.
Outcome
The default Focus Group is set. A message is displayed confirming this and the Default Group page reflects the change:
After republishing your student data, when viewing a list of students in your reports, Sisra Analytics highlights the name of those students who are included in your default Focus Group using the colour you selected. This makes them easier to locate when you analyse your data:
