Overview
This article explains how to publish your Student data for KS5 cohorts.
Instructions
Follow these steps to publish Students in KS3/4:
- Select DATA.
- Select Key Stage 5.
- Select Cohort.
- Select Students.
- Select Publish Students.
- From Publish Student Data, select Publish:
All setup including EAPs and Matching, must be completed before you can publish students.
Outcome
Publishing starts and progress is indicated. Sisra Analytics updates the cohort, class, and filter information for the students in the cohort. Select Cancel before the publishing begins to remove the publish request from the publish queue.
When the publishing is complete:
- If you have published your KS4/EAP and Grades previously for the cohort, select Publishing Complete to be taken to the reports.
- If you still need to publish your KS4/EAP and Grades for the cohort, select Close to return to Publish Student Data before publishing them.
If you’ve updated your students’ statuses and republished your Students dataset, you must also republish all your Grades datasets. This ensures the changes are correctly reflected in your reports.
When you publish Grades, the system recalculates students’ eligibility for Headlines measures. If you update and republish Students but don’t republish Grades, your reports may show inconsistent Headlines figures.
