Overview

This article explains how to publish your Student data for KS3/4 cohorts.

Instructions

Follow these steps to publish Students in KS3/4:

1. Select DATA.
2. Select Key Stage 3/4.
3. Select Cohort.
4. Select Students.
5. Select Publish Students.
6. From Publish Student Data, select Publish:
   
7. If you have opted into Sisra Data Collaboration, the key filters are now checked to ensure they are successfully mapped. If they are not. the following message is displayed:

   

   1. Select DATA > Students > Data Collaboration and complete the Key Filter Mapping (see Sisra Analytics: KS3/4 - How do I set up Key Filter Mapping? (Admin)) to ensure your school’s data is included in the Sisra Data Collaboration.
   2. Alternatively, select Publish to continue publishing without the data being included.

Outcome

Publishing starts and progress is indicated. Select Cancel before the publishing begins to remove the publish request from the publish queue.

When the publishing is complete:

1. If you have published your KS2/EAP and Grades previously for the cohort, select Publishing Complete to be taken to the reports.
2. If you still need to publish your KS2/EAP and Grades for the cohort, select Close to return to Publish Student Data before publishing them.
