Overview
This article explains how to view a list of all Contact Types within Juniper MIS. Contact Types are used when recording relationships between pupils and contacts on a pupil's record. There are two types of Contact Type, Custom Contact Types and those that are system defaults.
Instructions
From the Juniper MIS, to open Contact Types:
- Select Contacts.
- Select Contact Types.
Outcome
A list of Contact Types is displayed:
- Enter one or more keywords into the search to find a Contact Type from the list.
- Select a Contact Type from the list to view, edit, enable or disable it.
