From 1 February 2025, Juniper Education Services introduced a new unified set of Terms & Conditions (2025) which apply to all new contracts agreed from that date onwards.
If you have expressly agreed to the 2025 Terms & Conditions on or after 1 February 2025, whether by signing an order form, embedded form, booking system form, by email or other method, those terms apply to all your services/products with us. If you have not yet expressly agreed to the 2025 Terms, your existing pre-2025 terms remain in force until agreement by the various methods listed has happened.
For transparency, we have made previous/older versions of Terms & Conditions available for reference. These are no longer our live or standard terms, but may still apply if your contract predates 1 February 2025.
