Two Factor Authentication (2FA) is a way of adding an additional layer of security for your account, helping to keep it safe from unauthorised access. It's a common security feature found on many online services.
We are currently upgrading all Juniper logins to include 2FA. There is nothing you need to do, once we have integrated your schools account you will automatically be asked to first enter your password as usual. Then, you'll be asked to confirm your identity by entering a one-time verification code that is sent to your email address. This extra step helps make sure only you can access your account, even if someone else knows your password.
