Teacher App: How do I view messages I’ve sent using the Teacher App?

Overview

This article explains how to view a list of messages that you have sent / received through the Messages part of the app, accessible via the Hub.

Prerequisites

  • You must have a Juniper Education account. This is your school email address and password. If you are unable to log in using the app, speak to your school's Juniper Administrator.
  • You must be logged into the Juniper Education App (Teacher App) using your school email address and password.

Instructions

To view messages in the app:

  1. Select Hub.
  2. From the Hub, select Messages:
  3. From the list of messages that is displayed, select a message to view its contents:

Outcome

The message is displayed:

  1. Select an attachment to download or view its contents.
  2. Select the left pointing arrow icon at the top of the page to return to the list of messages.
