Overview
This article explains how to view a list of messages that you have sent / received through the Messages part of the app, accessible via the Hub.
Prerequisites
- You must have a Juniper Education account. This is your school email address and password. If you are unable to log in using the app, speak to your school's Juniper Administrator.
- You must be logged into the Juniper Education App (Teacher App) using your school email address and password.
Instructions
To view messages in the app:
- Select Hub.
- From the Hub, select Messages:
- From the list of messages that is displayed, select a message to view its contents:

Outcome
The message is displayed:
- Select an attachment to download or view its contents.
- Select the left pointing arrow icon at the top of the page to return to the list of messages.
