Overview
This article explains how to view Suspensions and Exclusions information through the Analysis Dashboard. This is found in the Reports section of the MIS. From within the dashboard, you can interrogate the types of exclusion (permanent, lunchtime, or suspension) for individual pupils, or year groups, for a specific period of time. Individual pupil suspensions and exclusions are presented in a tabular format detailing start and end dates, the type of exclusion, the reasons for the sanction, the year group and the school term.

To view Suspensions and Exclusions-related information in the MIS:
- Select Reports.
- Select Analysis Dashboards.
- Select Suspensions And Exclusions in Analysis Dashboard:
Outcome
The Suspensions And Exclusions dashboard is displayed:
To narrow the set of data displayed in the dashboard:
- Select appropriate filters (for example, the School Term, Pupil Name, or type of exclusion).
- Select Apply.
