Overview
This article explains how to view the school's demographic information through the Analysis Dashboard. This is found in the Reports section of the MIS. Within the dashboard, you can view demographic data by whole school (default) or for one or more specific year groups. You can also choose which year's demographic data you want to view. The dashboard features headlines, graphs and tables that present, total, and compare various pupil demographic details, such as SEN, gender, looked after pupils, Pupil Premium, disadvantaged pupils, young carers, and EAL.
Instructions
To view School Demographic-related information in the MIS:
- Select Reports.
- Select Analysis Dashboards.
- Select School Demographic in Analysis Dashboard:
Outcome
The School Demographic dashboard is displayed:
By default, the demographic data for all Year Groups for the current year are displayed.
To focus on the demographics of a specific Year Group / Year:
- Select one or more Year Groups from the filter.
- Select the Year.
- Select Apply.
