Juniper School Support: Changing your level of Support

In April and May, we shared updates on changes to how schools can access support and offered several opportunities to select a preferred package, whether via phone, live chat, or self-service. As we didn’t receive a response from your school by 8th June 2025, you were automatically enrolled in our Priority Support Package, which aligns with your previous usage and includes continued access to phone and priority email support, plus valuable training such as free webinars and interactive Q&A sessions.

If your school would prefer to move to the free On-Demand support tier for future years, please complete the form found here: Support Downgrade Form.

Priority Support must be cancelled at least 90 days before your renewal date (01 June 2026). If no cancellation is received by this time, the subscription will automatically renew.
