Education Finance Support: How do I log in to the Knowledge Hub and locate my resources?

Overview

This article explains how to log into the Knowledge Hub from your device if you are an Academy and subscribe to Education Finance Support.

If you are a Maintained School subscribing to Education Finance Support and want a Policy or Toolkit Template from the Knowledge Hub, contact us, and we will send it to you. For a list of all School resources available, see Education Finance Support: What information will I have access to in the Knowledge Hub? We are developing an online version of our Policies and Toolkit Templates specifically for Maintained Schools, which will be available soon.

Prerequisites

  1. You must have a Knowledge Hub Username / registered Email Address and Password. This will be issued to you when you subscribe to Education Finance Support. 
  2. You must be an Academy subscriber to get direct access to Education Finance content in the Knowledge Hub.

Instructions

Follow these steps to open the Knowledge Hub and access your Education Finance policies and templates:

  1. Open https://junipereducation.org/customer-login in your web browser:
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to locate Finance Support:
  3. Select Access Finance Support to open the Log In - Juniper Customers page:
  4. From this page:

    1. Enter your Username or Email Address.
    2. Enter your Password.
    3. Select LOG IN.
  5. You will be logged in to the Knowledge Hub. Scroll down the page to the Academy Finance Support section. Select Academy Support:

Outcome

The Academy Support page loads:

Scroll to the bottom of the page to view and download the Education Finance resources available to you.
