Overview
This article explains how to access and use the Learning Checklists available through your website’s UserFlow guide. These checklists help to ensure your site meets key accessibility and compliance requirements. What is UserFlow?
UserFlow is an on-screen guidance tool built into your website. It provides interactive checklists and walkthroughs to help you complete important tasks, such as ensuring your website is accessible and meets DfE compliance requirements. The Learning Checklists are part of UserFlow and can be accessed via the Get Help button when logged in as an Administrator.
Prerequisites
You must be an administrator for your school's website.
Instructions
Follow these steps to access the Learning Checklists:
- Log in to your website.
- Select Get Help (at the bottom right of the screen):
- Select Learning Checklists to open the User Flow Guides:
- Select either Accessibility Checklist or Website Compliance Checklist. These checklists walk you through some key steps needed to ensure that your website is accessible and compliant:
If it’s your first time logging in, it may appear automatically as a one-time pop-up.

The Accessibility Checklists run through:
- Making page content accessible.
- Making news articles accessible.
- Making website forms accessible.
- Adding an accessibility statement.

Compliance Checklist
This checklist is useful if you have purchased the Compliance Dashboard, which you can use this to manage your Accessibility or DfE compliance.
This checklist runs through the following:
- Adding reminders to a page, news item or album.
- Adding reminders to a page attachment.
- Adding reminders to a File Manager document.
- Viewing the Compliance Dashboard.
