Overview
This article explains how an administrator can export each student's individual SPI scores for each subject in a broadsheet format, similar to the currently existing grades broadsheet export available.
For users who are not administrators, you can export SPI scores using the guidance in Sisra Analytics: How do I export SPI scores for each student in each qualification?.
Prerequisites
You must be an administrator.
Instructions
To export each student's individual SPI scores for each subject:

Select DATA > KS3/4 > and Cohort.

Select Grades Management.

Select Report Exports.

Select a data set from Select a data set to continue.

This will provide the same export options as those found in the REPORTS area, in addition to a School Grades export. The table displayed on the page explains the differences between the School Grades export, and the Student Grades export:

Select Export, next to the SPI Broadsheet:
Outcome
A CSV file will be downloaded to your device. This can be opened in Excel. It contains all SPI scores for each student:
