Policy Bank: How do I register to access the Policy Bank?

Overview

This article explains how to register for a Help Centre Login ID and Password to access Policy Bank through your school's subscription.  

Prerequisites

  1. Your education setting must subscribe to the Policy Bank.

Instructions

If your school already subscribes to Policy Bank and you do not have a Help Centre Login ID and Password, follow these steps:

  1. Open https://help.junipereducation.org/hc/en-gb/requests/new (or select Submit a request) to open the Submit a request form:
  2. Enter your email address (make sure this is your school one - it will be used as your Help Centre Login User ID).
  3. Select Admin & Finance, then Policy Bank as your Product:
  4. Select About, scroll down the list of options and select Other:
  5. Enter Register my help centre account for access in Subject.
  6. In Description, enter the full name of your school and your postcode.
  7. Select Submit.

If your school already subscribes to Policy Bank and you have an existing Help Centre Login ID and Password but can't view the Policy Bank content, contact us so that we can update your login settings. In the message, include your school email address and school name. 

If you have contacted our Help Centre, you likely have a Help Centre Login ID and Password. Your Help Centre Login ID will be your school email address.

Outcome

  1. A ticket will be raised with our Help Centre. One of our agents will set up your access.
  2. You will receive an email from us. Follow the instructions within it to set a password.
  3. When you log into the Help Centre (https://help.junipereducation.org) in Admin & Finance you will see the Policy Bank content that is specific to your education setting, for example:
