Overview
This article explains how you can view the Policy Bank content your school has subscribed to. The Policy Bank contains over 50 statutory and advisory policies and documents written by education experts, each easily editable, that can be tailored to your MAT, Academy or Maintained School.
Prerequisites
- Your education setting must subscribe to the Policy Bank.
- You must have a Help Centre Login ID and Password that are registered to the subscription.

Instructions
From the landing page in the Help Centre (help.junipereducation.org):
- Select Sign In:
- When prompted, enter your registered Email address and Password, and select Sign In.
Your name will now replace Sign In indicating you are signed in:
- Select Admin & Finance to open the Admin & Finance page:
- Scroll down the page to Policy Bank. You will see the Policy Bank content that is specific to your education setting, for example:
- Select the Policy Bank article to view it (in this example, the subscriber has access to our MAT content):
Outcome
The Policy Bank content that is specific to your education setting is displayed:
Bookmark the Policy Bank in your browser to quickly open it in the future.
Contact us if you can only see the general Policy Bank article, but your school subscribes to Policy Bank.
