Juniper Websites: Can I request a change to my website template?

If you would like to make a change to your website template, for example, changing your brand, changing your logos, updating any text and wording on your homepage, check that you cannot do it yourself from the website custom data drop-down.

Many of our templates enable you to make these changes using the custom data functions or can be changed by us, however, some templates do not support all features. Contact us to discuss what can be changed on your school's website.

If you want to change your website template to improve accessibility based on feedback from third-party tools, please see our guidance within the article Juniper Websites: Do you have accessibility checking software available?. We can't make changes to your template solely based on these reports, we can audit your website for you to identify specifically what needs adjusting (see Juniper Websites: What accessibility compliance services does Juniper Education offer?). Alternatively, you might want to update your accessibility statement to reflect any accessibility shortcomings.

For any change requests, we can only make changes if the request comes from a website administrator or directly from the school’s headteacher or a member of the senior leadership team. If your website is part of a Trust, additional authorisation may also be required from the Trust before any changes can be made.
