Contact us if this functionality isn't available in your website.

Prerequisites

  1. You must be a website administrator.
  2. You will need the account details (account name and password) for your school's Facebook account.
  3. Your Juniper Website must support adding social media newsfeeds. To confirm this, navigate to your website's home page and scroll down to the newsfeed section. Look for one of the following buttons:

If one of these buttons (or a similar one) is on your homepage, the feature is available.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to your website's home page.
  2. Scroll through the home page, locate and select the Facebook button next to your newsfeed.
  3. Select Authorise access to Facebook from the Facebook Authorisation Settings window:
  4. Enter your personal Facebook account (which has full access to edit the Facebook Page) email address or phone number and password when prompted (do not log into the Facebook Business account), then select Log in:
  5. Follow the prompts provided by Facebook to link a page to your account.

If you are already logged into this account, you may be asked to confirm that you would like to proceed.

Outcome

A green box informs you that your website is authorised to access your Instagram content. Your newsfeed will be populated with content from your Instagram.

If you want to revoke authorisation, select Disassociate with Instagram from this window.
