Overview

This article explains the two ways you can view the courses you have attended and completed. Either:

1. Browse those courses in My courses where progress is indicated at 100%.
2. Open My certificates - certificates are only issued for completed courses. 

Prerequisites

1. You must be logged into the Juniper Training Centre to view the different courses you have been on and completed. 

Instructions

Select either the My courses or My certificates tab:

• Select My courses from any page in the Juniper Training Centre. All courses that you are enrolled in are shown:

  

  All courses that you have completed are displayed with a progress indicator of 100%:

  

• 1. Select your profile icon at the top right of the page to view the profile menu:
     
     
  2. Select Profile.
  3. From the Profile window, select My certificates:
     
     
     
     
  4. A list comprising all certificates you have been awarded for completed courses is displayed:
     
     

Outcome

Using either approach you see the courses you have completed.
